In his career, he has successfully developed and executed new operational processes, managed hotel transformations, built and developed teams, and achieved revenue targets through customer loyalty programs and referral initiatives. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education.
