Jim Silkworth

Jim Silkworth is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at TechMD since 2022, Silkworth previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Risk at United Methodist Homes from June 2015 to April 2022, where focus was placed on recruitment and retention initiatives within a multi-campus senior living organization in New York and Pennsylvania. Silkworth’s prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources & Support Services and CHRO at Lourdes, a part of Ascension Health, from June 2009 to May 2015, and Director of Human Resources at Universal Instruments Corporation from October 1995 to June 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business with a focus on HR Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Computational Math from DePauw University.
