Erika Mitchell

Erika Mitchell has extensive experience in supply chain management, having held various leadership roles in different companies. Erika is currently the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Techmer PM since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain, PAC at Materion Corporation from August 2019 to December 2020. Before joining Materion Corporation, Erika held multiple positions at Avient Corporation (formerly PolyOne), including General Manager, Producer Services from June 2018 to August 2019, Director of Supply Chain, Performance Products and Solutions from December 2016 to May 2018, and Senior Manager Sales and Operations Planning, Producer Services from May 2014 to December 2016. Erika also has previous experience at H.B. Fuller, where they worked as the Global Manager, ERP Inventory and Warehouse from February 2013 to May 2014, Pricing Manager, North American Adhesives from July 2011 to January 2013, Supply Chain Manager, North American Adhesives from July 2008 to July 2011, and Product Line Planner from January 2007 to July 2008. Prior to H.B. Fuller, Erika worked at Union Pacific Railroad as a Senior Analyst Purchasing, Bridge & Infrastructure from May 2004 to December 2006.

Erika Mitchell has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Erika also pursued Honors Biology at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
