Steve Smith

Steve Smith possesses extensive experience in the chemical engineering and rigid packaging sectors. Currently serving as the Market Manager for Rigid Packaging at Techmer PM since June 2012, Steve is responsible for market development, project management, and the execution of strategic marketing plans. Previous roles include Sales Engineer at Techmer PM, where responsibilities encompassed product development and account management in the Midwest, and participation in an Engineering Rotational Training Program, which provided comprehensive exposure to various operational facets of the company. Prior to Techmer PM, Steve completed chemical engineering co-op positions at Bayer MaterialScience, focusing on R&D for appliance insulation systems and automotive seating, where innovative solutions were developed to enhance product performance. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
