Roger Hatten

Roger Hatten began their work experience in 1988 at TI Automotive, where they served as a Supervisor and Production Manager. Roger contributed to the startup of a new facility and was involved in hiring, equipment installation, training, and safety setup. In 1998, Hatten joined Hendrickson as a Plant Manager in the Trailer Division, where they managed various departments and successfully implemented value stream mapping and safety programs. Roger later took on roles as Director of Operations and Director of Manufacturing Excellence, overseeing multiple divisions and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. In 2020, Hatten joined Technibus, Inc. as the Vice President and General Manager. Roger is currently retired as of December 2022.

Roger Hatten attended Wilmington College (OH) and Indiana State University, where they studied Business. Roger also obtained a certification as a Demand Flow Technology Certified Trainer from Hendrickson in 2019.
