Bernadette Agbeme

Bernadette Agbeme is currently a Tech Organizer at Technica, contributing to the development of a website and app for a major hackathon aimed at underrepresented genders in tech. As a Communication Fellow and Peer Leader at The Universities at Shady Grove, Bernadette promotes the Hire U initiative, guiding students in career readiness. Previous experience includes an Information Technology Internship at Appian Corporation, where Bernadette assisted in project evaluations, and a Technology Partner Success Internship at EAB, focused on client technology solutions. Additional roles include support for computer users at CSAAC and participation in a Cybersecurity Accelerator Program through The Washington Center. Bernadette holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science/Studies from the University of Maryland, an Associate of Arts in Computer Science from Montgomery College, and a high school diploma from Paint Branch High School.
