Maggie Banks has a wealth of experience in the professional world. Maggie began their career in 1998 as a Nodal Network System Operator/Maintainer for the U.S. Army. Maggie then joined Comcast Cable in 1999 as a Division Operations Analyst/Call Center Supervisor, where they had an in-depth understanding of customer service goals, procedures and technologies. In 2006, they became the Business Office Manager for Jimtex Yarns, where they computed, recorded and proofread data, hundreds SDS, shipping records and reports. In 2007, they joined Andrews Furniture Galleries as an Office Manager, where they assigned tasks to associated, staffed projects, tracked progress and updated employees, managers and clients. In 2009, they became an Instructional Designer for General Dynamics, where they used the ADDIE model to navigate and create 4 course training modules and programs. In 2016, they joined Starbucks as a Project Manager/Instructional Designer, where they planned and directed 10 development projects concurrently and built 18 project teams. In 2018, they became the Senior Operations Supervisor for Cardinal Health, where they led 6.5 million dollars of medical supply production per year and a team of 44 direct reports. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Technical Assent as a Program Manager.

Maggie Banks obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Management/Information Technology from Columbia Southern University between 2013 and 2015. Maggie also obtained a Dental Assistant degree from Northeast Wi between 1995 and 1996. Additionally, Maggie Banks has obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in October 2022 and a DDI Leadership Trainer certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in September 2017.
