Donna Andronico

Donna Andronico is an experienced professional with a diverse background in legal counsel, development, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Tech Needs since October 2018, Donna previously held the position of Director of Development at Holy Family Academy from March 2016 to May 2018, where key long-term relationships with donors were cultivated and a comprehensive Development Strategy was implemented. Donna's legal expertise stems from a decade-long tenure at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Industrial Accidents as Assistant General Counsel and Special Assistant Attorneys General, advising on various legal issues. Additionally, Donna served as Acting General Counsel for the State Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance, focusing on legal conformity within diversity supplier programs.
