Kelly Hibbard M.A., RAC (US, EU)

Kelly Hibbard M.A., RAC (US, EU) has a diverse work experience in the regulatory affairs field. Kelly began their career at the Law Offices of Thomas J. Lamb PA, where they worked in web and internet marketing from 1996 to 2008. In 2009, Kelly joined Chiesi USA, Inc., starting as a Regulatory Affairs Associate and eventually becoming a Senior Regulatory Associate, specializing in submissions. Kelly worked at Chiesi USA, Inc. until 2023. Currently, Kelly is the Regulatory Operations Manager at Technical Resources International, Inc., where they are responsible for publishing regulatory submissions.

Kelly Hibbard M.A., RAC (US, EU) holds a Master of Arts degree in English from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Subject Protection from the CITI Program in January 2023. Furthermore, they are certified in Regulatory Affairs in the European Union (RAC-EU) and the United States (RAC-US) through the Regulatory Affairs Certification Program, which they completed in June 2013. Kelly is also a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).
