Luis Rubio Faria P.Eng PMP C.Mgr CIM is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Leader of the Engineering Department at Technical Safety BC since July 2023. With extensive experience in the engineering and technical sectors, Luis has held significant positions, including Owner of Maben Consulting and Technical Manager for Owens Corning. In previous roles, Luis managed operations across multiple countries with Halliburton, overseeing Testing and Subsea services in Africa and leading successful projects in the oil and gas industry. Academic qualifications include a degree in Automation and Control Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and specialized business leadership training from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
