Melanie Calizon

Melanie Calizon is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Technical Safety BC since July 2016, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner. Responsibilities include advising on labour relations, performance management, and talent management, while also coaching managers and employees on corporate policies.
