Suzanne Greaves is currently the Head of People and has held the position of HR Director at YMCA Milton Keynes from 2023 to 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Suzanne previously served as the Head of Human Resources at Techniche from 2019 to 2023 and was an HR Director at elliotts from 2016 to 2020. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Senior Staffing Manager at Compass Group and as an HR Executive at VT Group, where they managed HR services for a large workforce. Suzanne holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of West London and a BSc (Hons) in Hotel & Catering Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
