Caroline Laurin

Caroline Laurin, CHRP, possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as People Chief Officer (Interim) Senior Director, People & Culture at Power Factors since September 2022, while also holding the position of Head, Talent & People - North America at Technicolor since February 2020. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources Global Corporate Services at Saputo Inc., Director of Global HR Business Partnership at CGI, and Senior Manager of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Deloitte. Caroline began their career as Associate-Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at Bell. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Université Laval and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary studies from Université de Montréal.
