Maria Andrews

Maria Andrews is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for Group Talent and Learning, as well as HR Director for Business Partnering at Technicolor Group since December 2022. Previously, Maria held multiple HR leadership roles at Colt Technology Services from April 2014 to March 2022, including HR Director for Operations and Transformation in Europe and the USA, and Global HR Business Partner for Sales and Marketing, among others. Additional experience includes HR advisory roles at BMI Research and training management at PTRC. Maria holds a Diploma in Coaching Practice from the Academy of Executive Coaching, as well as advanced diplomas in HR Management from CIPD and a BA in Business Management from the University of Nottingham.
