Denis Parlant

Denis Parlant has extensive work experience in the legal field, primarily in the energy and construction industries. Denis currently holds the position of Vice President Legal - Carbon Free Solutions at Technip Energies since April 2022. Denis previously worked as Vice-President Legal Business & Operations at Technip Energies starting from February 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at TechnipFMC, including Vice-President Operations Legal - Technip Energies GBU from January 2020 to February 2021 and Vice President Legal Region EMIA from January 2017 to January 2020. Before joining TechnipFMC, they worked at Technip, where they served as Vice President Legal and Regional Compliance Officer - EMIA from 2015 to 2017 and Vice-President Legal Corporate from 2013 to 2015. Denis Parlant holds a Masters in Business Law (DJCE - DESS - MAGISTERE Juristes d'Affaires Franco-Allemands) from the University of Strasbourg, which was obtained from 1990 to 1993. In 2021, they pursued an Executive Master in General Counsel from Sciences Po Executive Education, completing it in 2022.
