Michael McGuinty

Michael McGuinty is Chief Legal Officer of Technip Energies. Prior to joining Technip Energies in 2021, Michael McGuinty was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Valaris plc. Previously, he served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of TAQA, the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company. Michael spent 18 years with Schlumberger where he held various senior legal positions in Paris, the Middle-East and the United States. He began his career in private practice in Canada and France specializing in corporate and commercial law.
