Daniel Spirig

Daniel is in the lead of Techniplas Prime, responsible for the company’s Manufacturing-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform, a proprietary e-manufacturing platform that leverages Techniplas’ core engineering expertise and manufacturing facilities together with dozens of its qualified manufacturing partners and new additive and generative technologies to fulfill orders placed digitally worldwide. As a member of the Techniplas RoW board since 2010 and the executive leadership team, Daniel plays a key role in strategic planning and ongoing growth activities across the company.

Prior to leading Techniplas Prime, Daniel held leadership positions within Weidplas for the last 15 years and through its integration with Techniplas. His accomplishments include founding, establishing, growing and adapting worldwide facilities and/or cooperations in South Africa, China, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany and Mexico. Daniel brings over 22 years of automotive experience, reshaping global supply chains, including implementing an Asset-light business model for the virtual factory as a digital process expert with ERP, E-sourcing and EDI. Daniel drives aggressive global business development with cooperations and building successful teams and organizations.
