Dr. Javier Holzmann has a substantial background in the fields of drilling and production engineering, currently serving as Chief Engineer and Manager of Full Scale Testing Facilities at Clausthal University of Technology since April 2006. Prior to this role, Dr. Holzmann worked as a Test Engineer at Tenaris from 2001 to 2006 and as a Controller at Administracion Holzmann between 1996 and 2001. Dr. Holzmann earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Oil & Gas - Completion from TU-Clausthal from 2009 to 2013 and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl. Ing.) from Buenos Aires University – Academy of Engineering, completed in 2001.
