Mathias Mboya has a diverse work experience in the technology field. mathias started their career as a System Engineer at Microlan in 2002 and worked there until 2006. mathias then joined coseke kenya as an Infrastructure Manager where they were responsible for the installation of various software and hardware products. Mathias worked for coseke kenya for ten years. In 2016, they joined Technology Associates as a Sales Manager, focusing on selling hardware and software solutions.

Mathias Mboya's education history begins with their secondary education at Chepsaga from 1992 to 1993, where they obtained a KPCE. mathias then attended Nyangori High from 1994 to 1997 and received a secondary certificate in KSCE with a focus on Physical Sciences.

Moving on to higher education, Mathias attended The Kenya Polytechnic from 2000 to 2002, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. mathias obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree during this time.

Later on, from 2011 to 2015, Mathias pursued further studies at Kenyatta University and obtained a BIT degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mathias has also obtained an Accredited Sales Consultant - HP Retail Point of Sale [2010] certification from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in November 2019.
