Lavanya Gopalakrishnan is a results-driven technology executive with 23 years of experience in engineering, business strategy, supply chain operations, and professional services. She has a strong track record of building high-performing, global teams and specialized expertise in setting up global centers of excellence.

In her current role as Vice President of Customer Experience Global Operations at Cisco, she is responsible for accelerating profitable services growth, while delivering a superior experience for the customers and partners.

She holds a Masters of Science in Systems Science Engineering from Binghamton University and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani in India.
