Milla Juslin

Milla Juslin has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Milla began their career in 1998 as a Personal Assessment Assistant with Jaakko Lehto Executive Search Oy. From there, they worked as an HR Consultant for VPS HENKILÖSTÖPALVELU / VPS GROUP until 2003. At Digia Oyj, Milla held various roles including Human Resources Assistant, Communications Specialist, and Human Resources Consultant. Milla then joined Citycon Oyj as an HR and Communications Specialist, where they were responsible for payroll administration, advising on HR and employment issues, and conducting employee surveys. Since 2015, Milla has been working at Technopolis – More than Squares, starting as an HR Specialist before becoming an HR Manager and currently serving as the Head of HR. In their role there, they have been responsible for HR matters and coaching for various business units and group operations.
