Dr Nutan Parab has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dr Nutan currently holds the role of Leader (VP) Talent Acquisition Head at Apexon, a digital-first technology services firm. Prior to joining Apexon, Dr Parab served as the Director/Head of Talent Acquisition - North America at L&T Technology Services Limited, a global leader in Engineering and R&D services. Dr Nutan has also held the position of Director/Head of Talent Acquisition at Compu-Vision Consulting Inc (now Navitas Partners LLC), where they focused on delivering consistent support to major projects and strategic engagements across the United States. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Groupware Solutions Inc (now Astir), where they explored both open source and proprietary technologies in IT solutions. Dr Parab's career started at the University of Mumbai, where they worked as a Lecturer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition and has contributed to the success of various organizations by delivering high-impact business outcomes.

Dr Nutan Parab, SHRM-SCP, completed their education history with a Ph.D. in Zoology from the University of Mumbai from 2001 to 2006. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Mumbai in 2000. Earlier, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Animal Physiology & Biotech from the University of Mumbai from 1997 to 1999, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology & Marine Biology from 1994 to 1997. Recently, Dr Nutan Parab has obtained a certification in HR Management and Analytics: Unlock the Value of Human Capital from Wharton Executive Education in 2022. In addition to their educational achievements, they have also obtained certifications such as the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in 2020 from SHRM.
