Veena Joji

Veena Joji has held various HR leadership roles throughout their career. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Quality Analyst at Dell before moving into HR roles. From 2005 to 2014, they held multiple positions at IBM Global Process Services, including Program Manager and HR Manager, where they focused on talent management, employee development, performance management, and change management. Veena then joined Thomson Reuters as the Senior Manager of Talent Development, overseeing learning and development strategies for over 10,000 employees in India. After that, they worked at Epsilon as the Senior Director and Director of HR, where they led strategic initiatives and built sustainable organizational structures. Veena then moved to CPA Global as the SVP of People & Organization, playing a key role in building a high-performing culture. Most recently, they joined Infostretch as the Head of HR for US, UK, and India. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Apexon.

Veena Joji completed a Senior Executive Development Programme in Building Future CHROs at XLRI Jamshedpur in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from Bharathiar University between 1991 and 1995.
