Rohinkumar Radhakrishnan has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Rohinkumar is currently the Director and Global Head - Talent Management and Development at Apexon since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Telstra as a Senior HR leader and Head of Learning from September 2019 to December 2021. Before Telstra, Rohinkumar held roles at Shell as a Learning Manager for Shell Business Operations from July 2015 to September 2019, and as a Retail Learning Advisor where they provided focused learning support to important retail markets in the East region. Rohinkumar also worked at VMware as a Manager of Learning and Development from July 2012 to July 2015, at IBM as a Learning Program Manager from 2010 to 2012, at Sapient Corporation as a Sr Associate of Learning and Development from 2007 to 2009, and at Aviva Global Services as an Organization Development Professional, Learning and Development from 2005 to 2007.

Rohinkumar Radhakrishnan obtained an Executive Certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Cornell University in 2021. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they completed a PGDIB in International Business at the Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as attention mechanisms, encoder-decoder architecture, generative AI, large language models, consulting essentials, brain-based coaching, agile instructional design, instructional design for adult learners, instructional design storyboarding, instructional design working with SMEs, organizational learning and development, humble leadership, business collaboration in the modern workplace, digital transformation, creating a leadership development program, and professional in human resources (PHR) preparation.
