Rushik Joshi (PMP®, Prince 2®, CSM® , ITIL®)

Rushik Joshi is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in project management and IT operations. Rushik has held various managerial roles throughout their career, demonstrating their ability to effectively lead teams and deliver successful projects.

Rushik began their career as an IT Trainee Engineer at Tata Chemicals in 1996 and later worked at CMS Computers Limited as a Sr. Customer Support Engineer, where they gained valuable experience working with clients such as Citibank and Reliance.

In 2000, Rushik joined Dimension Data as a Team Leader, where they oversaw the company's operations in Gujarat. During their time there, they successfully managed multiple positions and handled various responsibilities.

After leaving Dimension Data in 2013, Rushik worked at VK IT Services Pvt. Ltd. as the Manager of IT and Admin. Rushik was responsible for the day-to-day activities of the IT and Admin departments, including managing the IT network and handling BPO processes.

From 2014 to 2015, Rushik served as the NSD Tower Lead at IMSI India Pvt. Ltd., where they monitored the call flow of NSD on a daily basis and took on total operations and administration responsibilities for the ADANI Network.

In 2015, Rushik joined Suraj Informatics Pvt. Ltd. as the Manager of Projects Delivery and Support. Their main responsibilities included maintaining CCTV systems and accessories at ADANI Power locations and sharing weekly and monthly SLA reports with ADANI Power management.

For the next five years, from 2016 to 2021, Rushik worked at the Ishan Group as the Manager of Operations. Rushik successfully managed a team of 30 network engineers and completed various projects, including VMC-Public Wi-Fi and RMC-Signaling.

In 2021, Rushik took a study break from their professional career before joining Jash Entertainment in 2022 as a Project Manager. During their time there, they effectively managed projects until October 2022.

Currently, Rushik is employed at TechRover Solutions as a Project Delivery Manager, a position they have held since November 2022.

Rushik Joshi's education history begins in 1989 when they attended Swaminarayan School in Bhuj (Kutch). There, they obtained their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) in the field of Science. Rushik then went on to Govt. Polytechnic - Bhuj (Kutch), where they pursued a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from 1990 to 1994. Following that, from 1994 to 1996, Rushik attended A.V. Parekh Technical Institute and completed a Post Diploma in Computer Applications, specializing in Computer Applications.

In addition to their academic achievements, Rushik has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2001, they earned the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification from Cisco. In 2011, they obtained the ITIL Ver. 3 certification from EXIN, specializing in ICT competence.

In recent years, Rushik has expanded their skill set by acquiring various project management certifications. In 2021, they obtained the PRINCE 2 Foundation and PRINCE 2 Practitioner certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Rushik also achieved the Agile Foundation & Practitioner certification from Skill Up and the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum.org.

Most recently, Rushik obtained the PMPP (Project Management Professional) certification from ILDC IndiaNIC in June 2021, and they are currently pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they are expected to obtain in September 2022.
