Product Manager, Visual AI at TechSee

Michael Gorelik has had a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Michael started their career in 2004 at NextNine, where they worked as a Professional Services Engineer before eventually becoming the Services & Support Team Manager and later the Director of Pre/Post Sales. During their time at NextNine, they successfully managed and led delivery teams, implemented integration projects, and developed added-value solutions to drive revenue growth.

In 2012, Michael joined Panaya CloudQuality as a Senior Technical Account Manager/Customer Success Manager. Michael played a key role in building and managing strategic customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and contributing to the quarter-by-quarter revenue increase. Michael also actively participated in the development of customer delivery and success processes, tools, and best practices.

In 2015, Michael moved to Zerto, where they held the positions of Product Manager for Customer Advocacy and Productivity & Programs Manager for Services & Support. At Zerto, they focused on providing enterprise-class disaster recovery and business continuity software for virtualized data centers and cloud environments. Michael contributed to the development and implementation of hypervisor-based replication solutions and was responsible for managing customer advocacy and support programs.

In 2017, Michael joined prooV Inc. as the Director of Customer Success, overseeing customer success initiatives. Later that year, they also joined TechSee in the role of Senior Project Manager. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Solutions and Project Management before taking on their current role as Product Manager for AI and Visual Flows.

In addition to their corporate roles, Michael also serves as an Academic Project Advisor for Software Engineering at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering starting from 2020.

Michael Gorelik earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Hadassah College in Jerusalem from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Machine Learning Foundations for Product Managers from Coursera in October 2022.
