Christian Schumann

Christian Schumann is a Software Developer at TechsoMed since December 2022 and has been a Principal Researcher in Visualization at Fraunhofer MEVIS since December 2006, where roles also included Senior Researcher in Image Guided Therapies and Senior Computer Scientist. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a Software Engineer at tarakos GmbH and earlier positions as a student assistant at both tarakos GmbH and Fraunhofer IFF, focusing on software development and 3D modeling for virtual reality. Christian Schumann holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from Jacobs University Bremen and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Computervisualistik from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.
