Galit Shaltiel-Gold

Galit Shaltiel-Gold has extensive work experience in the field of regulatory affairs. Galit is currently serving as the Regulatory Affairs Director at TechsoMed since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Director Regulatory Affairs at Chiasma from October 2020 to February 2022. From May 2017 to October 2020, they served as the Regulatory Affairs Manager at NeuroDerm, A Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Group Company. Before that, they held the position of VP Clinical Development at Targia Pharmaceuticals JV with Solubest Ltd. from May 2014 to April 2017. Galit also worked as the Head of Research and Development at AMORPHICAL from February 2011 to July 2014. Galit's academic career includes roles such as a Lecturer in Neuroscience Program: Biochemical basis of neurobiology at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Senior lecturer in Physiological Psychology at Achva Academic College. Galit also worked as a Researcher at HUJI Research Infrastructure.

Galit Shaltiel-Gold's education history includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Neuroscience from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they obtained between 2000 and 2005. Following that, they pursued a Post-Doc degree in Neurobiology and Neurosciences at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) in Bethesda, MD from 2006 to 2007.
