DJ (Dheeraj) Harjai is an accomplished executive and strategic leader with extensive experience in business and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President and Head of Business and Digital Strategy for Customer Transformation at Humana, DJ oversees a multi-billion dollar business, advising the CEO on various strategic areas, including growth and customer experience. DJ also contributes as a mentor for Alchemist Accelerator and Techstars, alongside acting as a strategic advisor for Wokelo AI and multiple startups. DJ's previous roles include Associate Partner at Monitor Deloitte, where significant contributions were made in strategy projects and practice leadership. DJ holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and an advanced degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.
