Ellie Wood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mentoring, community engagement, and program management within the startup ecosystem. Currently serving as the Global Portfolio Engagement Lead and Global Mentor Pipeline Lead at Techstars, Ellie Wood has developed and implemented comprehensive mentor recruiting strategies and engagement initiatives with corporate partners. Previously, Ellie Wood held key managerial roles at Central Working, overseeing operations, community development, and member relations in collaborative workspaces. Early career experiences include contributions to guest services at South Lodge and teaching assistance at the British Council, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Anthropology and French from Queen's University Belfast.
