Scott Parish

Scott Parish is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational strategy. As the CEO and Founder of Hireguide since July 2021, Scott has developed a solution that streamlines hiring decisions for interviewers. Prior to this role, Scott served at LinkedIn as the Global Director for Smaller Business Hiring Products, where notable achievements included launching a pro-bono hiring solution during the COVID-19 outbreak and co-owning strategies for major global hiring initiatives. Scott's previous experience also includes roles at Rogers Communications, where recognition included a CEO Award, and significant contributions to youth engagement through the co-founding of Time4Change at Youth Without Shelter. Scott holds an MBA from London Business School and has furthered professional development through programs at New York University and the University of Toronto.
