Crystal Taylor has over a decade of experience in customer service and support, currently serving as a Customer Care Manager at Techstreet since October 2019, where previous roles included Customer Care Team Lead and Customer Care Representative. Prior to Techstreet, Crystal worked as a Customer Support Representative at IDEXX from May 2015 to April 2019, and held sales and customer service positions at Calendar Club and Enfield Veterinary Clinic. Crystal began a career in veterinary nursing at Greencross Vets, progressing to Senior Veterinary Nurse/Receptionist from August 2008 to August 2013. In terms of education, Crystal holds a Certificate 4 in Management and Leadership, Certificates 3 and 4 in Veterinary Nursing, and various qualifications in animal studies and health, with schooling completed at institutions such as the Australian College of Commerce & Management and TAFE NSW.
