Justin Williams

Justin Williams has a long history of work experience in the fulfillment operations field. justin started their career at Amazon.com in 2003 as an Area Manager/Six Sigma Black Belt, where they worked until 2007. After that, they joined the Zappos Family of Companies as a Process Improvement Manager until 2009. In 2010, they became a Senior Operations Manager at Zappos.com, and later in 2012, they became an FC Manager at the same company.

In 2012, Justin moved to Amazon.com as a Site Leader for a high-paced, sortable Amazon Fulfillment Center. justin worked there until 2013, when they transitioned to Radial Inc. as a Director of Fulfillment. In this role, they managed a multi-site, multi-client campus and was responsible for safety, quality, efficiency, client relationships, and employee relations.

In 2017, Justin joined TechStyle Fashion Group as the Director of US Operations Fulfillment, overseeing two existing fulfillment centers and a new site launch. justin later became the Senior Director of Fulfillment Operations and finally the Vice President of Fulfillment Operations, where they were responsible for fulfillment activities across multiple sites in the US, Canada, and Europe for five fashion brands. justin'sresponsibilities included peak planning, peak hiring, and managing high volumes of units shipped annually.

Justin Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Alfred University between 1991 and 1994.
