Yessenia R. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of compensation and rewards. Yessenia started their career at Toyota as a Compensation Administrator in 1994 and worked there until 2002. Yessenia then joined Edwards Lifesciences as a Compensation Analyst from 2002 to 2004. Yessenia then worked at Earth Tech Inc as a Global Compensation Manager from 2004 to 2007. Yessenia moved on to Fresh & Easy and held the position of Director of Total Rewards from 2007 to 2009. Yessenia then joined Sony Pictures Entertainment as an Executive Director of Global Compensation, where they worked from 2010 to 2015. Currently, they are working at TechStyle Fashion Group as a Director of Global Rewards & People Operations since 2016.

Yessenia R. has a background in business with a degree in Business from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
