Filipa Sousa has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Filipa started their career as a Hostess at SRV, where they provided upscale customer service and assistance with event planning. Filipa then worked as an Accounts Management Intern at GLAD WORKS, followed by an Account Services Intern position at MullenLowe U.S. Filipa also gained experience as a Sales Associate at Nike and as a Sales Development Representative at Datadog.

In 2021, Filipa joined TechTarget as a Campaign Operations Associate and later progressed to the role of Campaign Operations Team Lead in both Ad Operations and SQL. In these roles, they were responsible for optimizing, managing, and reporting on digital ad campaigns, ensuring they met client metrics and internal forecasts, and developing strategies based on data analysis. Filipa also oversaw daily operations and fulfillment of APAC SQL campaigns, consistently meeting revenue targets and strengthening partner relationships.
