Brahma Tanjavuru has been working in the IT recruitment field since 2016. Brahma started as an IT Recruiter at TechHire Consultancy in 2016, then moved to FlowerhornIT in 2018 as a Team Lead - IT Recruitment. In 2020, they took on the role of Lead Technical Recruiter at M Associate IT Services. In 2021, they began working at Nityo Infotech as a Technical Resource Executive (APAC) and at TechTiera Corporation as a Senior IT Recruiter (APAC).
