Aditi Jaiswal

Aditi Jãișŵal is a seasoned professional in the technical staffing industry, currently serving as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Techtrust Inc. since January 2023. In addition, Aditi is an Executive Committee Member of the Forbes Business Council since March 2024. Previously, Aditi held the position of VP of Sales and Growth Division at ConsultAdd Inc, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple teams and mentoring staff. Additional experience includes roles as a Scrum Master, where project resource requirements were analyzed, and as a Business Analyst, focusing on gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. Aditi holds a Master of Science in Information, Technology, and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from RGPV University. Educational background also includes studies in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths at Mount Carmel Convent School in India.
