Namitha M.B has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. In 2018, they started their career as a PHP-LARAVEL Trainee at Claveland Technologies Pvt Ltd. Later that year, they joined ipsr solutions ltd as a Junior Software Engineer. Namitha worked in this role until December 2019. In 2020, Namitha joined Beinex as a Software Engineer and worked there until April 2021. Currently, they are working at Techversant as a Software Engineer, starting from June 2021.

Namitha M.B completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Saintgits College of Engineering (Autonomous) from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Namitha has also obtained various certifications. Namitha completed courses such as "Amazon Simple Storage Service - Closer look - Part 1" and "Amazon Simple Storage Service - Closer look - Part 2" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2022. In November 2021, they obtained certifications in "AWS Lambda Foundations" and "Introduction to Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)" from AWS, as well as "Introduction to Serverless Development" from AWS. Prior to that, in 2020, they completed "Data Analysis Using Python" and "Python for Data Science" courses from IBM.
