Renu P has a work experience as a Software Engineer at Techversant since January 2022, and as a Research Fellow at The Kectil Program initiative of The Malmar Knowles Family Foundation since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Epixel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from May 2018 to January 2022 and briefly served as a Junior Software Engineer at Epixel MLM Software in May 2018.

Renu P pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University from the year 2019 to 2023. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications for the Blockchain Foundation Program from the Kerala Blockchain Academy in September 2021, and the IELTS certification from the British Council in April 2021.
