Rene Cote is a Customer Experience & Digital Specialist for North America at Tecnica Group, responsible for enhancing customer experience, managing key accounts, and overseeing digital technology communications across all brand platforms since October 2022. Previous roles include Customer Experience Manager, where focus was on ensuring superior service for retailers and outdoor enthusiasts, and various management positions including Store Manager at The Source and 180 Mountain Sports. Rene also operated as a Business Owner for Rockies Adventures & Gear, representing multiple outdoor brands, and served as a Directeur adjoint de magasin at Walmart.
