Chaithali Karanth

Chaithali Karanth is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in various roles within human resources and learning and development. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Development at Tecnotree Corporation since November 2011, Chaithali manages multiple learning programs and creates training strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Previous roles include HR Business Partner and Manager of Human Resources, where Chaithali partnered with major businesses and implemented new HR policies and processes. In a short stint as a Consultant for Compensation & Benefits at AMD, Chaithali worked on benefit integration across five countries. Prior experience also includes serving as a Senior Specialist in HR Services at Thomson Reuters, handling comprehensive HR operations, and an Executive role at Growell Associates. Chaithali holds an MBA in HR from the Transformational Institute for Managerial Excellence and a BBM in Personnel Management from SDM College of Business Management.
