Teala Kail has extensive experience in customer service and communications, currently serving as the Customer Experience Strategy Manager at New Mexico Gas Company since July 2012, with previous positions including Communications Manager and Customer Service Manager at the same organization. Prior to this, Teala held the role of Public Information Officer for the State of New Mexico from May 2008 to January 2011 and worked as a Senior Economic Development Representative at PNM Resources in 2007. Teala earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Journalism from The University of New Mexico, complemented by educational experiences at the University of Montana.
