Bonnie Brown

Bonnie Brown has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer and Secretary at Tecogen since January 2020. Prior to that, they were the CFO at American DG Energy and EuroSite Power Inc from September 2015 to January 2020. Bonnie is responsible for accounting policies for the various segments of the business including with sales, service, construction and engineering, long-term on-site utility and construction contracts. Supervised the management of all energy producing sites adding to the bottom line. Responsible for all SEC filings. Worked closely with the CEO and COO in all facets of the company and its strategic direction, goals and budgets. Responsible for accounting/finance, investor relations, legal and human resources functions including stock compensation and 401K plans, financial audits and tax return preparation. Provided updates to the board of directors and audit committee of the board. Participated in quarterly investor earnings calls, webcasts and presentations. Prepared earnings press releases and slide decks for distribution prior to earnings calls. Responsible for negotiating banking and other contractual relationships.

In 2017, Bonnie was responsible for repaying convertible debt using the Company’s equity ownership in EuroSite Power (a UK subsidiary of ADGE), in a debt swap transaction, requiring the deconsolidation of EuroSite Power from ADGE’s financial statements.

Ms. Bonnie Brown has a Masters in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and an Accounting and Business/Management degree from Bentley University. Bonnie is also a Certified Public Accountant.

They work with Joseph Gehret - Director of Field Operations, Robert A. Panora - Chief Operations Officer, and William Martini - Vice President of Sales. Bonnie Brown reports to Benjamin M. Locke, CEO.
