Akshi Dubey

Akshi Dubey has seven years of experience in Human Resources. Akshi began their career in 2010 as an Executive in the HR department at RK Marketing, where they consulted with major online retailers to help them build both on-site and remote workforce. In 2013, they joined PN International as an Executive in the HR, Banking & Finance department, where they managed recruitment procedures, employee training initiatives, staff coaching, union and non-union labour relations, and employee morale-boosting practices. Later that same year, they became the HR Head at HHFS, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and preparing MIS reports. In 2017, they joined HCL Technologies Ltd as a Human Resources Executive. In 2021, they joined InOne Smart Technology as an HR Manager, where they had extensive experience with job boards and collaborated with legal and compliance teams to review paperwork and procure available information for new training processes. Akshi is currently the HR Manager at TecOrb Technologies, where they are consistently recruiting excellent staff, maintaining a smooth onboarding process, and training, counseling and coaching staff.

Akshi Dubey's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from National PG College in Business/Commerce, General from 2007 to 2010, a degree from Lucknow University from Spring Dale College from 2002 to 2007 in Finance and HR, an ICWA (Stage 1) from 2013, and an MBA from Symbiosis School of Distance Learning in HR & Finance from 2011 to 2014.
