Derek Salama

Derek Salama has an extensive background in product management, working at top tech companies such as Tecton, Lyft, and Google. At Tecton, Derek has played a crucial role in growing the company into a leading Feature Platform, partnering with key customers to enable real-time AI/ML productionization. Derek's experience also includes developing experimentation platforms, marketplace optimization tools, and real-time driver incentives during their time at Lyft. At Google, Derek worked on search ads personalization, contributing to one of the most profitable ML systems globally. Derek holds a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College.
