Prior to this role, Lisa worked at Wunderman Thompson Commerce for over a decade, holding positions including Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included managing multiple retail accounts and ensuring support during post-transformation phases. A strong background in project management is demonstrated through roles such as Cutover, Release and Environment Manager, overseeing complex re-platform projects, and Technical Lead, supervising teams and managing software upgrades. Earlier experience includes Unix system analyst roles for major organizations like Barclays Bank. Lisa holds a BA Honours degree in Information Systems with Media and Popular Culture from Northampton University.
