César Ramos Villena

César Ramos Villena serves as the Director General of TEDAE, Asociación Española de Empresas Tecnológicas de Defensa, Aeronáutica y Espacio since July 2009, where responsibilities include developing the annual work program, overseeing association activities, and managing key relationships in the aerospace, defense, and space sectors. Additionally, César holds a professorship in Technology Management at EOI Escuela de Organización Industrial, teaching in the Master's Degree in Innovation and Executive MBA programs. Previous roles include Director and Assistant to the Secretary General at ATECMA, where César actively represented the association and contributed to technology plans for the Spanish aerospace sector. César has pursued advanced education at institutions such as IESE Business School and CESEDEN, obtaining qualifications in Defense Studies and Economics and Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
