Liz Karsten

Liz Karsten is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Operations at JRS Group, LLC since January 2020, Liz collaborates with C-level management to drive strategic goals and oversees both onshore and offshore teams of talent acquisition specialists. Additionally, Liz is a member of the Board of Directors at Giving Group, advocating for the concept of joy through giving, and has held the role of Chief Operations Officer at TEDxNaperville since January 2015, leading the annual conference and managing a large team of volunteers. Prior roles include consulting in project management and operations at Lab Z and serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Innovative Systems Group, showcasing a strong foundation in client delivery and recruitment in various sectors. Liz holds a Master's degree in Public Relations and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Far Eastern Federal University.
