Paula Rastelli

Paula Rastelli is currently a Customer Service Specialist at Teem, where responsibilities include providing customer support to a pediatric dentistry, scheduling recall and pedodontics treatment appointments, and utilizing the Dentrix software alongside Aloware for managing inbound and outbound calls. Prior to this role, Paula served as an English Second Language Teacher at Domina Inglés from January 2022 to July 2022 and at Aliança from January 2020 to December 2021. Paula holds an Associate's degree in TESOL from BYU-Pathway Worldwide, earned between January 2021 and January 2023.
