Maayan Swift

Maayan Swift has diverse work experience in human resources and management roles. Maayan currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Tefen Management Consulting since November 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Wave2Wave Solution Corporation from October 2015 to October 2018. Before that, they worked at Electra as the Director of the CEO's office from January 2007 to September 2015. Maayan also held the position of HR and Headquarters Manager at Maliline from July 2005 to December 2006. Maayan'searliest role was as a Payroll Accountant at Yossi Katz - CPA from May 2004 to June 2005.

Maayan Swift earned an Associate's degree in Management and development of human resources from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they attended from 2004 to 2006. Maayan then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences at the University of Haifa from 2001 to 2004. Returning to their studies in 2019, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources at The College of Management Academic Studies, graduating in 2021.
